Molly has been going so amazingly well recently I can't fault her anyway! This summer has been my best by far with that amazing little mare! Really could not ask for more! So while she's on a good streak the other day I decided 'I'm gonna go on a hack just me and mol!' So that's what we did, groomed, tacked up and went out! For the first minute out or so she was quite tense and had a little spook at stuff but nothing massive and relaxed very quickly! I was so impressed with her, she just went out and hacked perfectly! Makes me so proud the change in her!! Horses are so rewarding!! I also had to get her some things at scope when that was on so she's had a new saddle pad and fly veil, matching of course, and she looks adorable!
I've also put her back in her original but which is weaker and she has never worked so well, she listens so well in it and I'm just am happy with her in general right now!
Another thing about her that makes me really happy is she's become a lot closer to me and we have a very real, very proper bond. It makes me incredibly happy knowing how much she trusts me because she will only trust people she really knows and the way she trusts people she knows well and me are completely different also, she's a very sensitive mare and it makes me so happy how comfortable she is with me.
I really could not be happier with this stage of my life right now and I'm so pleased with everything. Mol is perfect and has just come on so much recently and I have really noticed so many differences in her from when I bought her and I'm also feeling on the top of the world so we're both incredibly happy with life at the moment!
